Who we serve
ThinkHumanly is a service for parents and legal guardians of children ages 8-14. Only a parent or legal guardian may create an account. Children may not create their own accounts.
What we are, and what we are not
ThinkHumanly provides a Learning Profile and personalized activities to support engagement, curiosity, and confidence. We are not a diagnostic service. We do not assess cognitive ability, identify learning disabilities, or replace educational, psychological, or medical professional evaluations. Profiles describe preferences and tendencies, not abilities or diagnoses.
Subscriptions
Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. You can cancel any time from your dashboard. Refunds available within 14 days of any payment, no questions asked.
Acceptable use
You agree not to attempt to reverse-engineer the platform, use it for non-personal commercial purposes without a partnership agreement, or use it in ways that could harm a child.
Limitation of liability
ThinkHumanly is provided as-is. We are not liable for educational outcomes, decisions made based on profiles, or indirect damages. Maximum liability is limited to amounts paid in the previous 12 months.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Bangalore.
