Fair, and easy to reach

Twinkle is sold as a subscription: Monthly (billed each month) or Annual (billed once a year at a discount). Payments are processed securely by Paddle, our payment processor. We never see or store your card details. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel.

Every new subscription starts with a free 7-day trial. You are not charged during the trial. If you do not want to continue, cancel before the trial ends and you will not be charged at all.

We offer refunds in these cases:

• First purchase: if you are not happy within 14 days of your first payment, request a refund and we will return the full amount.
• Renewal: if a renewal is charged and you cancel within 14 days of that charge, we will refund the renewal in full.
• Trial charges: if you are charged during the free trial, we will refund the full amount on request, whatever the reason.

Refunds are issued by us through Paddle back to the original payment method. They usually appear within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

You can cancel any time by writing to contact@thinkhumanly.co. After you cancel, Twinkle keeps working until the end of the period you have already paid for, and no further charges are made.

Email contact@thinkhumanly.co with the subject "Refund" and include the email address you used to subscribe. That is all we need to find the transaction. We will confirm within 2 business days and process the refund through Paddle.
